Academic flexibility needs to be strengthened by introducing various programs which are relevant to local and regional needs. Provisos need to be made to inculcate practical skills and core competences among the students to improve their overall personalities to compete in the job market. There is also scope for making flexible class room schedule to accommodate the needs of the students in jobs.
Ever since STC has started bachelor level program affiliated to TU, the performance of the students either in the college exam as well as the university exam is excellent. STC has first started B.Sc microbiology program in the private sector in this region from 2064 BS and the pass out ratio as well the job placement is extra-ordinary. All our students of this field are well paid and consumed in reputed organisation. Since STC offer 20 different programs so different group of students are consumed in this college also.
With the quality ambition STC become pioneer to start B. Pharm, B.Tech Food, M.Sc. Microbiology and M. Biotechnology in this region. The result of first batch of B. Pharm and B. Tech food create history were 100% result and 100 % job placement for this group.
Recently first batch of M.Sc. Microbiology have successfully completed their thesis presentation and the kind of novel work is new to this area. We have record that all our M.SC level are consumed in different discipline.
