TEACHING AND LEARNING METHOD

GUEST LECTURE
The experts, professionals, doctors, engineers and eminent scholars are invited for guest lecturers on regular basis. Guest lecture provides students as opportunity to share knowledge of topical interest and about emerging issues.
FIELD STUDY & EXCURSION
The college organizes field studies in hospitals and communities, industrial visits, reputed managerial office visits and software/hardware development visits to avail opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs and executives. The visits enable students gain real world exposures.

CASE STUDY & PRESENTATION
Students are given cases related to curriculum and other different issues for analytical studies. They prepare reports of their case studies, and organize presentation to disseminate.

PROJECT WORK
Projects works on different topics are assigned to the students as a part of or beyond curriculum. Project work enables students to apply knowledge gained in class room into pragmatic situation, develop team spirit, and gain hands-on experience.

ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION SYSTEM
Students are monitored throughout the study period using different technique assessments; class test. Term exam, presentation, viva and demonstration.
SPECIFIC AND SPECIALIZED STUDY
STC since its foundation has been offering technical education and Vocational training programs and their specialization on multiple aspects so that students take up the growing opportunities.
PERSONALIZED EDUCATION
The classes at STC are limited to number of students to ensure better interaction between teachers and students and individual care.

STC always been sensitive to the study atmosphere. The students are provided the atmosphere, where questions are answered, ideas are valued and concepts get blossomed.
LEARNING METHODOLOGY
The bulk of teaching takes the form of structure lecture, often backed up by tutorials. The college adopts modern teaching/learning aids like real materials, overhead projectors and multimedia projectors.
CONCENTRATED MONITORING AND COUNSELING
Students are under the contentious system monitoring and evaluation. Faculty members are assigned in advance to interact with students relating to course progress.
